About the production
The theater at the provincial cultural center unexpectedly gets money to make a real musical. The director and actors enthusiastically get down to business, however, on the day of the premiere, everything goes wrong: the sponsor demands changes to please his mother-in-law, the leading actress ends up in a hospital with a broken leg, and the words and music have to be changed on the go! Nobody knows what will happen when the curtain rises.
